If I had to pick one styling product I couldn’t live without…it would be a tough decision. I’d be torn between Living Proof’s No Frizz Styling Treatment and Ted Gibson’s Tame It Shine Lotion, an unbelievable hair cream. I bought a bottle back in October 2007. I use it every day — sometimes more than once, if humidity is high — and there is still at least half of the bottle remaining. The stuff lasts forever.
The only way I can describe this styling cream is to say that after I blowdry my hair, it usually looks pretty good. Then I run this cream through to the ends, and gently dab it on my bangs, and suddenly, my hair looks great. It’s shinier and instantly polished. The cream is the perfect finisher for any hairstyle. It also generally takes care of any hair woe, smoothing flyaways, taming cowlicks – you name it. I don’t know if the merlot complex is the secret, but whatever it is, it works. Beautifully.
I cannot go a day without it. I take the bottle with me even to the gym.
