Enchanted Summer Color Quartet & Liner Palette ($40, LE): Inside this gilded, engraved palette lie four shadows that let you create a range of looks. There’s a copper-tinted metallic gold, metallic nude, rich shimmering brown, and vibrant violet. Water intensifies the effect of these shadows, so you can apply any of them wet for more color payoff. A deep cocoa brown liner rounds out the palette. Dip the tip of the included pointed liner brush (or any eyeliner brush) into water and wet the liner for smooth, bold definition. The powders are embossed with Indian patterns for a touch of the exotic.
