Blonde Ambition: MAC Eye Brows in Fling

I’m blonde, and my eyebrows are light brown yet kind of pale; because of their light color, they lack definition. I like a defined, strong brow, which is notoriously tricky for blondes to achieve with an eyebrow definer: often, the color is too dark and overpowers the entire face. There is nothing worse than the penciled-on-brow look.  MAC Eye Brows in Fling ($15) gives me dreamboat, perfectly-defined brows. If you’re blond or have light eyebrows, it may be just as great for you, too.

Blondes don’t have more fun when it comes to creating a strong brow. In addition to getting the color right (which is incredibly difficult), the pencil has to have a thin point to get into tiny sparse areas of the brow. Also, I prefer a mechanical pencil. This list of qualifications makes it really hard to find a great brow pencil, but Fling covers all these. The mechanical pencil is self-sharpening, and maintains a tiny, precise point to fill in even the smallest gaps in brows. The tiny tip allows for short strokes, which mimic the look of natural hair and fill in brows naturally. The color is divine: light taupey-blonde that’s not too brown or orangey.

If you’re blonde and on the hunt for a new brow definer, you might want to give Fling a whirl.
