Tarte Fall 2012

By now, you probably know that Tarte is one of my favorite makeup brands. They were the original proof, for me, that all-natural makeup could be really great. I get excited every time I see one of their new seasonal collections, and their fall 2012 lineup is no exception. I’m loving the neutrals, earth tones, and metallic nudes with bright pops of color (mainly on lips and cheeks).

Amazon Escape Amazonian Clay Eye and Cheek Palette ($44, exclusive to Sephora): This sleek clutch includes 6 eyeshadows (3 shimmery, 3 matte) and 2 blushes. All products are made with restorative Amazonian clay. Housed in a purple woven clutch with a faux snakeskin band.

Glamazon Pure Performance lipstick ($26, exclusive to Sephora; read more about this lipstick here).

Beauty and the Box Amazonian Clay Eyeshadow Quad ($22) in Brewed Awakening and Just Desserts (Also available in In the Buff [nude shades] and Envoke the Smoke [smoky plum colors])

Bambeautiful Amazonian Clay Eyeshadow Palette ($25): Amazonian-clay infused eyeshadow is richly pigmented and helps to nourish and reduce surface oil on the lids. Housed in a sustainable bamboo compact. In Shades of Clay (complementary cocoa browns and taupes) and Sew The Seeds (earth tones).

Cheek Stain in Loving ($30), a soft rose

Airblush Maracuja Blush ($25) is a creamy, long-wearing blush that melds the intensity and blendability of a cream blush with the soft-focus and long-wear finish of a blush that has been airbrushed on the skin. Airspun and light, the blush melts into skin, and then dries down to a flush with a dewy finish. So pretty. Formulated with maracuja oil. Available in Shimmering Peach, Shimmering Pink, and Shimmering Poppy.

Lipsurgence Lipluster ($24): A natural lip tint with a shimmery finish. Twist the bottom of the stick for mechanical self-sharpening. From left: Buff (nude), Glisten (neutral peach), Adored (cool light pink), Pouty (berry), Frisky (bright pink), Fever (red), Delighted (shimmering warm berry).

Maracuja Miracle Foundation 12-Hour Broad Spectrum SPF15 Sunscreen ($42): A long-wearing, waterproof (thanks for natural beeswax), pure foundation rich in Vitamin C that makes your skin look flawless. Maracuja’s restorative properties reduce redness, irritation, and inflammation, making this the perfect foundation for all skin types — particularly sensitive, dehydrated, dry or aging skin. Helps make skin appear firmer, smoother, and brighter. Available in 10 shades: Fair, Ivory, Light, Light-Medium, Warm Beige, Beige, Medium, Medium-Tan, Tan, and Deep.

Maracuja Lip Exfoliant ($16): Skin-softening scrub that first sloughs away dryness with raw sugar, and then hydrates with pure maracuja oil. Lips are softer, supple, smooth, and kissable.
